Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all customers.
Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take additional time. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Customs & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable fees upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 48 hours of dispatch.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the item. After review, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages
Orders delayed for more than 60 business days are considered lost. Lost orders are fully refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for reporting instructions.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to collect are not refundable. Ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
